Participation is confirmed once the registration form is completed and full payment is received.

Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

IPS may offer early bird discounts or promotional rates, which are only valid within the specified time frame and cannot be combined with other offers.

Payments must be made via the methods indicated during registration. IPS reserves the right to cancel unpaid registrations.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to studies@instituteforpostnaturalstudies.org

If cancellation is made more than 14 days before the program starts, a full refund will be issued, minus administrative fees (if any).

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the program start date are non-refundable.

IPS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future edition.

Unless otherwise stated, all sessions are held live via Zoom.

Sessions may be recorded and made available exclusively to registered participants for private use.

IPS may use edited excerpts from these sessions for promotional or educational purposes.

All program content, including recordings, slides, texts, and other materials, is the intellectual property of IPS or the respective invited faculty.

Reproduction, distribution, or public sharing of these materials without express permission is strictly prohibited.

By registering, participants agree to the processing of their personal data for administrative and communication purposes related to IPS educational activities.

Discriminatory, abusive, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the program without refund.

IPS may offer scholarships or reduced tuition to selected applicants, depending on availability and institutional partnerships.

Scholarship recipients are selected through an internal evaluation process. Incomplete applications or late submissions will not be considered.

Acceptance of financial aid implies commitment to attend and participate actively in the full program.

A certificate of participation will be issued to those who attend at least 80% of the live sessions.

The certificate will be delivered digitally after the program concludes.
