When you purchase a seminar or short activity, we collect your name, email address, and billing information. This is used to process your purchase and send you access details.

When you apply to a long-term program (such as the PIP or ALTECO), we also collect your application materials — including your practice overview, motivation letter, CV, and portfolio. This information is used solely for the selection process and program administration.

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address to send you IPS updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

When you contact us, we collect the information you share in order to respond to your enquiry.

We use your data to manage registrations and payments, deliver our programs, communicate with you about IPS activities, and issue certificates of participation. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Where institutional partnerships support participation in our programs, relevant data may be shared with those partners as necessary to administer the collaboration.

IPS documents its programs and events through photography, video, and audio for archival, educational, and promotional purposes. By participating in an IPS program or event, you acknowledge that images and documentation may be used on our website, social media, and other institutional communications.

If you do not wish your image to be used, please let us know at studies@instituteforpostnaturalstudies.org. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Materials already published or in production at the time of the request are not affected.

We may also use content produced by participants during programs (texts, artworks, audio pieces) for promotional and editorial purposes, in accordance with the licence granted at enrollment. Participants retain authorship and moral rights over their contributions at all times.
